I Want More Than This
a good job
and a lonely life
sitting at home
on a friday night
too tired to go out
sacrificing time
to make money
wasting life
for the possibility
of better life later
and the king snake
can’t make a move
when the white mouse
dances in from of him
instead waits
for another snake
to take the bait
so it in turn
can have them both
but mostly
loses it all
hesitation
to begin life
anew
keeps me going
in the same way
